The Property Management Blog – The blog will be the focal point of all efforts that follow the website build. The blog shows all of the company’s latest news and content, and will serve as the destination for much of the inbound traffic and links from social media. Creating and using this page properly can save the company thousands in marketing dollars. The blog should reside on the company site, and not on a sub-domain or other website. This insures that the company website gets credit for all inbound links and usage data created by the blog’s content. Use the following URL structure for the company blog: www.companywebsite.com/property-management-blog/post-title. This structure will create a new page on the property management website for each new blog post and will grow the site in size and depth. Search engines crawl sites often, and placing an introductory snippet on the home page of the website with links to the full article is extremely effective for introducing new content to the search engines.

As a second-generation property manager from Colorado Springs, CO, he knows the struggles that property managers go through and painstakingly dissects every step of their process to come up with ways to ease their burden.

As former CEO & President of RentClicks (which went on to become Rentals.com), he strategically positioned their business to become NARPM’s first official partner and was awarded NARPM’s National Affiliate of the Year three times.

When he’s not devouring industry information at our kitchen table, you might find him bellying up to a plate of wings while watching his beloved (understatement) Broncos, flipping channels in search of a historical documentary, searching out a tennis match or preaching the ways of the world to his pre-teen sons, Andrew and Brady.
