Q: When will my package be upgraded?
A: Smartsite package upgrades are rolling out over the next few months. You will be notified when your upgrade is complete.
Q: Will pricing change?
A: All Rentvine customers are getting package upgrades, most at no additional cost. Specific pricing information has been sent to each customer, so be sure to check your inbox for the details of your upgrade.
Q: Will my billing process change?
A: Yes. Eventually, all billing will be consolidated through Rentvine to make things simpler. We’ll keep you informed of when this change will be reflected on your bill.
Q: Can I still use Enterprise credits to pay for my Rentvine & PMW services?
A: Absolutely! Enterprise credits will continue to apply just like before.
