Job Description
We’re looking for a Client Success & Website Onboarding Specialist who thrives in client-facing roles, is incredibly organized, and loves creating great experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through onboarding calls, collecting website deliverables, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our design and development teams.
But it doesn’t stop there—after the site launches, you’ll continue to support clients with regular touchpoints, helping them make the most of their website and encouraging long-term success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying on top of details, and being a calm, confident guide for clients from kickoff through post-launch nurturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding calls to welcome new clients and walk them through the website project process.
- Collect, organize, and follow up on all necessary deliverables (e.g., logos, images, content) to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Explain website structure, features, and SEO benefits in clear, client-friendly language.
- Serve as the primary point of contact from onboarding until design or development.
- After website launch, maintain ongoing relationships through scheduled follow-ups, check-ins, and support touchpoints.
- Proactively monitor client progress and suggest ways to improve website performance or encourage product upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines, communicate client needs, and maintain project quality.
- Track tasks and updates in internal systems to ensure alignment and transparency across departments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you’re comfortable leading Zoom calls and sending friendly, professional emails.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once without missing a beat.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles (or a strong desire to learn).
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for helping clients succeed.
