• How is the Custom different from the Smartsite?

  The main difference is in the design and how many custom pages you get. The Smartsite starts with a predefined design and you a la carte customization onto it, where the Custom design starts with a custom home page and services page, with your input from the very beginning. Both the Custom and the Smartsite come with content clustering which is good for SEO.

• What if I go over the page count or want more custom pages?

  You can always add on standard pages at $99/page and more custom pages starting at $795/page.

• Do you help with content?

  We will do a full analysis of your existing content, create a content worksheet, organize your content for best conversion rates and make recommendations that will positively impact your SEO, but we do not offer content writing services. All of our Custom sites come with some stock content that you are free to use if you do not have current content or are looking to supplement your existing content. If you do not have images on your website, PMW can provide stock photos for your use while a PMW client. The contract with our stock image sources do not allow you to use the stock photos if you terminate services with PMW, but we can provide links for you to re-purchase if you choose.

• How long do Custom websites take to build?

  It depends on how many pages you have, how many of those pages are custom and how quickly you get through design and content approval. Because there are website pages involved that are custom designed, each has to be approved. We will only schedule for build once both content and designs are finalized, but a rough average is anywhere between 60 to 90 days post content and design approval.

• How many market landing pages do I get?

  For our Custom product, you get up to 10 market-specific landing pages (5 at launch and 5 over time once the site goes live). These pages are good for SEO and should target your primary areas of service. You can purchase additional market landing pages at $50/page, but we don't recommend going over 15 total as it isn't beneficial to your SEO efforts and most smaller areas do not have the search volume to justify needing the page.
