What can I expect from my monthly bill?Monthly billing is based on the number of units you managed the previous month at $1.50 per unit or the minimum monthly charge of $99, whichever is greater. All features, support and training is included with our straight forward pricing.
Do I have to sign a contract when I start using Rentvine?Rentvine does not require a contract. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees - just contact one of our customer support experts to initiate the cancellation process.
Do I need to manage a minimum number of units to use Rentvine?There is no minimum number of units required, however there is a minimum charge of $99 per month.
Will the number of units I manage ever outgrow what Rentvine can support?There is no limit to the number of units that Rentvine can support. Rentvine is modeled to grow with you, seamlessly. You simply pay $1.50 per unit you manage.
Will I incur any setup charges to use Rentvine and to port my existing data in?Setup charges are based on portfolio size. This includes setting up your Rentvine account and converting your data from your previous software into your new Rentvine account.
Do I need to download any complicated software initially and for updates?Rentvine lives in the cloud. Downloading software is a thing of the past, there is nothing to download. Any device with a browser and a stable internet connection is all you need. Updates take place automatically so you will always be using the latest version.
If I need help, what resources and support do you offer, and are there fees?There are no additional charges for our world class support and training. It is all included as part of our straight forward pricing. You will have access to phone support, live chat support, training resources and self help articles, along with the choice to submit support questions via email.
Who owns my data?You own your data at all times! If you decide Rentvine isn't for you, we will provide you with an export of all your data. In addition, you will have 12 months of read only access to Rentvine.
