September 2026: The Grow Report

PMW Grow Report - September

It's not just about the stars anymore

Reviews used to be a trust badge, something to display, not something to actively win. That's over. AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity now read the language in your reviews before recommending you to a prospective owner. The PMs pulling ahead aren't the ones with the most stars. They're the ones whose reviews say something specific enough for AI to repeat.

What actually earns an AI recommendation

Reviews are one signal. AI is reading all of you, your site, your listings, your consistency across the web. See what actually earns an AI recommendation.
